Interpret that however you choose.
OK, to business. I am going to discuss the very casual discussion of sex in this book. Back in the 30's, or whenever this crazy book was published, I would expect there to be some major outrage over the way sex was being discussed every few pages, let alone the "orgy porgy" scene. People were more sensitive back then, I think. But, of course, I might just be wrong about that.
As for today, I think we're a bit better at handling it then they were back then. Not to say that it isn't a touchy subject. Just look at our class discussions. Ick.
OK, discuss.
P.S. Did anyone else think that Bernard's talk with the Director reeked with foreshadowing?

i really like your view on how people back then would view the sex parts as something that was really never talked about, but today we understand a little bit better and are not as in shock. And ya that does have alot of foreshadowing.
